Not too long ago, actually i think around last year i made doll a great grandfather named uniform whom caused alot of shit to happen in World War II as a merenary for the UK, and that got me thinking what would your OC or OC's grandparent's and or grand parents be doing around this time period, maybe even there reaction to the reckless Mercenary like Uniform?

Oh gosh, that's a pretty interesting topic. The oldest characters I have are Demons, and even that only spans to Fudoshi... e3e; Hm.
I'd think, since a lot of my main characters are kinda chipper (if you disclude Strappon) I'm not sure how they'd react. Unless it's Jacket. Jacket's dumb and easy.

Hmmm, my oldest OCs arn't in DCM, but they're hella old. For Epaulette's dad, Yanggwan gets really confused with all the technology these days, and pretty frightened by cars and such. During the second world war he was in Russia working on sinking ships in a submarine.
Gaff at that time was working at Paris as a dishwasher for a restaurant; exploring the world of cuisine and such before the guy became a prisoner of war due to Germany's seize of the capital. He was pretty much farming for most of the war, until he and a friend he met in the POW camp, Claddagh ring, made a break for it in 1941, and escaped the place. From that point on he became a frontline soldier and fought in the Normandy landings.
Dungaree, Chullo, and Lommeur were in africa, only to see the campaign in Ethiopia at the time. They were staying quite clear of the fighting, but they did do medical for some soldiers during the aftermath of the campaign.
Venda's Grandad was in the war too, but unfortunately he lost touch with him awhile back. It was figurative that he worked in the Canadian campaigns before he got send home due to injury.
