Hey there Immortals!
Hope you lot have been taking good care of those Behemoths from the last auction. Let me tell you that my Fleet Master and my crew have been thinking about those little fellas and how they've been doing lately. Though, you can all fill me in later! Right now, there's a more pressing issue that needs all of your attention.
So you're all aware of what's been happening on Cocos Island and how Behemoths have been prospering. Well, we've recently gotten word about how even more Behemoths were found outside of the Island in Costa Rica! It would be an amazing discovery if one Elder Behemoth wasn't spotted crossing nearly the entire continent with reported sightings in your Daten City. It's imperative that you stop it from causing devastation in Daten, this Elder is extremely aggressive towards everything and anything. For your trouble, whichever side quells the Behemoth gets to keep it! So be gentle, your job isn't to kill it for its anatomy or else me and my Fleet Master will have one stern word with you.
The Fleet of Behemoths have spotted what they call an Elder Behemoth heading straight for Daten, and what's worse is that this elder could cause severe amounts of damage to the city if it isn't stopped. What Goggles failed to mention was what the elder is even capable of or what it even looks like. Thankfully your friendly neighborhood Dracolisle breeder, Jokki, has the deets.  Elder Behemoth: TeostraTeostra is descended from a breed of the same name. It was a Dracolisle that was popular among the upper class of Hell, being often seen as mounts for Archdukes and Primals. Teostra was known for its unwavering loyalty to their masters, being willing to put its life on the line and keeping up the fight until their last breath. Quite literally too. Teostra is actually one of the few Dracolisle breeds to use elemental magic, being able to use fire for either offensive or defensive purposes. This made them great guards, especially when you consider that burglars are often compromised by being up in flames. As Behemoths, they are a dangerous animal that should never be approached. Its prowess shines when it instigates turf wars against other Behemoths like Nergigante and the elusive Kushala Daora, easily rivaling their brute strength.An interesting note is that it appears to have a counterpart. There is a Ziz Behemoth known as Lunastra which has been seen often meeting up with Teostra and there's even a few reports suggesting they mate. This is further supported when considering the sex of both Behemoths: Teostra being male only and Lunastra being only female. Even with all of this in mind, Immortals must even take caution as its flames can permanently damage Soul Threads. Humans should make sure to shield from the flames at all costs.

Goggles didn't need to tell the Immortals twice about handling Teostra. All news outlets in Daten have been going ham wild ever since it was sighted flying in the neighboring desert. Hell, there were even reports of both cryptid and ghost hunters being hospitalized from terrible burn marks when they attempted to go slay the Behemoth. There was also already a news story of how the local military forces of the city failed to do the same despite having firearms. However, Demons weren't too concerned with the creature at first. So it's a big fire cat-dragon, big whoop right? Not when Angels are involved in trying to capture it for themselves.
Hot Pants had already been on the scene, waiting for more Angels and Heavenbents to show up to a campsite to the east of Daten that bordered the city and the desert.. It was a nice change of pace, in his opinion, to finally do something that's remotely exciting and had nothing to do with zombies. He wasn't up to much currently, having a riveting conversation with both Jokki and Goggles. It was a good opportunity for him to be educated on Drakes, he did own a few himself after all.
Much like Hot Pants, Sukajan was also taking notes, bringing up questions concerning his own Drakes.
Spur was busying himself with weapons. Sure, the objective wasn't to kill, but it wouldn't hurt to knock it out with tranquilizers.
Meanwhile, Archer was adamant about not participating in this hunt. The thought of having his wings singed off permanently scared him and rightfully so. He didn't even know why he had to be here. It's not like this was a ghost that contributed to going back up to Heaven. It was a Behemoth! And it also breathed fire! A terrible combination really.
He huffed, preening his feathers and tossing those he plucked to the side.

Gloves and Sapphire arrive at the campsite and they can't believe that they going to counter another Behemoth that's coming to Daten. Of course they aren't happy that this big Behemoth's burning innocent people and hurting military forces. What's worse is that if its in the hands of the demons again, then the Angels, Heavenbents, and Thrones have bigger issue to deal with. Not one, but two Behemoths! Attacking head on is a BIG no no for the two, especially knowing that this Behemoth can use fire. Sapphire can't afford to lose her blue hair. She work so hard to keep it fluffy for years and if that Behemoth burn her hair, she'll be furious. So to be safe, they have to keep in safe distant away from the Behemoths' fire and quell it to knock it out. As of now, they're gearing up for the upcoming battle.
Dress Socks and G-Strings also arrive at the campsite and gearing up as well. Seeing the news and reports that this Behemoth can use fire and showing that it can take out military forces by strength alone, it makes their spins tingle with excitement and wanted to capture it, without harming it. Sure they think it's just a big fire cat-dragon, but If they have it on their side, not only that the demons have a second Behemoth with fire power back at H.Q., but have a friend for Xeno'Jiiva, back at H.Q.
Right now, both on each side are geared up and ready to capture this Behemoth. Like Googles said, "Whichever side quells the Behemoth gets to keep it!"

Ruka was polishing the chained meathook he used to take down that Xeno'jiiva a while back. He was looking forward to breaking the fire-breathing hairball and further prove himself as the greatest hunter. Hell, he might even get promoted for bringing in two of these behemoths.
Sitting next to Ruka was Vest, who looking rather nervous right now. I mean, who wouldn't be when you're about go after a giant fluffy monster that can burn even an immortal to a crisp? The only reason he was here was of course that Ruka had driven the truck here and had stuffed the keys in one of his namesakes as Ruka wanted him to "Get out the city and finally grow some balls so he wouldn't be so much of a pussy."
Flat Cap was just chilling in the shade underneath one of the few trees near the campsite. He was set to go and was pretty stoked by fact that this Teostra thing breathed fire that could very well kill him. It wasn't everyday you'd find something you find that kill an immortal without ripping out their heart from their chest and crushing it. Man, the rush he'll get from the risk of tussling with the beast.
Helmet was standing on his head for some reason. Was it some kind of meditation in preparation for the hunt or him just being weird? Knowing him, it could easily be both.

Archer noticed Helmet doing some kind of pre-combat ritual or just. Doing something weird for the sake of being weird. Was it a bit of both? Mayhaps. Humans are a strange bunch, after all. After plucking a feather he sighed, getting up to approach Helmet. He tapped the man's leg before giving him a slight (more like a firm) push. Totally not in hopes of tipping the human over, nope.
"What are you on about?" He asked, retreating his arm as if he was touching something icky.
Sukajan noticed some other Abbey residents rolling up, waving at Sapphire and Gloves.
"Oi, glad you could make it!"
Goggles, Jokki, and Hots took notice of Sukajan greeting others and followed suit, waving a little in acknowledgement.
With that greeting done, Jokki returned her attention to a more pressing issue.
"So we know Teostra can cause permanent damage to Soul Threads, making it a huge threat to us Immortals... Is there something in your inventory that can give us temporary immunity? You know. Like a potion or a pellet?"
Goggles tapped her chin, snapping her fingers after contemplating for a few moments.
"We do have a few things! We have fireproof mantles and cooling potions that should help negate the burns Teostra gives but it won't negate all damage, of course. We only have a limited supply, though, only bringing what we could from the shores. So make sure to use the mantles and potions carefully."
"How many of each are we allowed to have on our person?" Hots asked.
"One mantle and two potions each," Goggles responded, "The mantle can only take so many hits from the flames before it loses all charge, so please use it when absolutely necessary."
Jokki turned to the few demons present, pointing at Goggles, "You've all taken that into account, yes?"

"Yes, Madam." Dress Socks and G-Strings answered Jokki, simultaneously. "Use the mantle when absolutely necessary..." Dress Socks spoke on his end, "and use one of the cooling potions to help negate the burns that Teostra gives out." G-Strings spoke on her end.

"Of course!" Gloves said while he and Sapphire waved back to Sukajan and to the rest of the group. "We're not gonna sit back and watch Teostra burn more innocent people."
"Yeah!" Sapphire said. "Especially our friends and families living in Daten City. As the last line of defense, we'll do our very best to protect what we love and knock Teostra out with tranquilizers."
After hearing what Goggles said to the group, Gloves and Sapphire have to be very cautious with the items that they use and use their own mantles when absolutely necessary.

Thanks to the flat surface on the top of his namesake, as well as some quick reactions with his hands, Helmet was able to avoid falling over. He then turn to face Archer's feet via a series of little head hops. "I.......am thinking." He said, crossing his dangling legs.
"Yeah, sure, whatever." Ruka said as he finished polishing his meathook and placed in his belt, most likely having completely ignored this important information.
Vest, lost in his thoughts over fear of being burned alive and trying to find a way to the keys from Ruka so he could get the fuck out of here, also didn't hear much about the mantles and potions other than something about limited supply and only snapped out of it once he heard Jokki's voice. "Uh-um, Y-yeah yeah, totally." He said nervously, giving a thumbs up.

"Oh! Ms. Goggles!" Sapphire raise her right hand high in the air. "I got a question about the cooling potions. If we're about to use our cooling potions when we encounter Teostra, how long will the effect last for us?" She question Goggles.
As Sapphire spoke about the cooling effect, Gloves was wondering the same thing and awaits for Goggles answer.

Archer rolled his eyes as he leaned on Helmet's legs before realizing that he was giving someone the time of his day to even touch them. Retreating his arms, he dusted the feathers and scoffed.
"Thinking about what exactly?"
Jokki sighed at the sight that was both Ruka and Vest. Those two seemed hopeless but at least she had two other attentive Demons. She gestured to Goggles to start handing out said mantles and potions.
Goggles nodded, rummaging through the supply box as needed to give those present their materials. Upon hearing Sapphire's question, she paused, looking up while tapping her chin.
"Let's see...." She said, looking back down with a smile, "They last as long as the encounter should be. So half an hour, which is why we give two."
Once she was done handing out equipment, she looked at the groups, "Remember, we don't want Teostra dead, it's too valuable of an animal to kill. But proceed with caution even after you've captured it. Teostra are said to not stray far from their mates, Lunastra. You thought this kitty was big, wait until you see his girlfriend."
Goggles winked after finishing her brief speech, "Anyway, good luck y'all's! Last place the big guy was spotted was close to the ol'Lethocs outpost in Romero and Carpen Town. Don't worry 'bout no zombies though, pretty sure they're goners be it through bullets or Toestra's flames."
"Doesn't hurt to stay vigilant," Hot Pants said, "We'll make for the outpost, there we'll set up camp. The buildings do still have electricity and I kept a master key so we can break in."
"You heard the boy. I don't want any of my Demons instigating a fight with the Angels and their humans. If you so much detest working with them, feel more than free to go by yourself," Jokki said.

("What? There's another?") Gloves, Sapphire, Dress Socks, and G-Strings think, simultaneously. Hearing clearly from Goggles voice, Gloves and Sapphire was surprise to hear this new info about Teostra's girlfriend and was a little frighten to know about it. If this kitty is bigger then the other and appears in the scene, then they're going to have a Bad Time facing two fire breathing cats.
Despite the fear of Teostra's girlfriend, they're glad that they aren't fighting those zombies thanks to Bullets and Teostra's Flames. If their was zombies still living and roaming, It'll be a ginormous blood bath for all of them.
Gloves look at Goggles, "Thank you for the info, Goggles. Not to mention for the equipments and for the lucks." He said. "We'll be sure to stay cautious with Teostra and bring him back unharmed."
"Also," Sapphire add, "Thanks for telling us about the cooling potions, Goggles. It really help for our heat situation." She said to Goggles.
Hearing Hot Pants voice, they turn their heads to him and listen. "Okay." Gloves said, while giving him a nod. Sapphire also nod to him.

For Dress Socks and G-Strings, they wasn't frighten about this new info about Lunastra, but was thrilled to know about Teostra's girlfriend. Who knew their's another cat like him. If it's true of what Goggles said, then they're going to have not one, but two strong lovable cats for the price of one at H.Q! With wide grins on their faces, they really need to capture it and meet his girlfriend, Lunastra.
Further hearing Goggles, Hot Pants, and Jokki's voices, Dress Socks and G-Strings turn their heads at Jokki, "Understood, Madam." They said. They rather follow this mission and capture Teostra throughly with tranquilizers then fighting with the Angels and their human Heavenbents. Despite the hate of two particular Angels, (glaring at Gloves and Sapphire), It'll be a waste of energy to fight them and they know it.
So they follow Jokki's orders and follow the rest of the group.

How the sky is blue, how the sand of dry, my place in this world created by the all mighty glorious lord watching over us from his castle in the sky, and how delectable ham and pickles would be right now." Helmet said as he stroked the lower part of his namesake.
"Fine." Ruka began, getting up on his feet, "I wasn't planning on being around any of you fuckers. If I can take down a behemoth all by myself with my bare hands, I can do it again."
"If I remember correctly, you told me there were plenty of people distracting it while you took it down." Vest commented.
"AND IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, I HAVE THE KEYS TO THE FUCKING CAR SO IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP, I'M GONNA LEAVE YOU OUT OF HERE AFTER I BREAK BOTH OF THE FURBALLS!" Ruka yelled, before heading over to the truck and starting it up. Ruka yelled, before heading over to the truck and starting it up.
Vest sigh heavily as his long ears drooped. "If anyone comes with us and die in the desert, feel free to hop in the back." Vest said as he made his way to the passenger seat.
Flat Cap woke up from his nap when the mantle and potions landed in his lap. He held up the mantle and observed for a brief moment and looked around at the other. "Oh shite, we headin' out? Aight then." He said before taking off his namesake and putting on the mantle. "Feels a bit tight, but I'll manage."

Ribbon was off to a late start, but managed to scramble her way to Jokki and a few other demons before standing at attention. "Sorry for any delays! I'm ready to fight!" Upon seeing Jokki was in front of her, Ribbon's tense pose loosened, and she smiled. "Oh, hello. Good to be working with you again. I don't have any support items or anything, but I hope I'll prove useful as a combatant."

Goggles waved her hand in a dismissive, yet playful manner from receiving praise, "Think nothing of it! This is all standard for our fleets, I'm just giving you the rundown of how we usually handle the situation. A few of your kind have methods to communicate to us while y'all's are out there, so if there's any questions, hit us up as soon as possible."
Archer sighed, patting Helmet on the legs, "Sure. Anyways, let's get moving. Looks like the rest are heading out and it seems like we're working with demons this time. Try not to instigate a fight considering our numbers may keep us from being burnt."
The harpy joined the rest of the group, bowing down to the few demons still present in greeting like G-String, Dress Socks, and Ribbon.
"Seems like we'll be working together again. I seem to recall a few of your faces from that...other incident," he said in reference to the Soul Stone angel-ghost they had to deal with.
"I guess we're with some dependable hands."
"Dependable, yes. For the most part," Jokki added before turning to Ribbon.
"Ribbon, darling. Glad you got the notice. We're just starting to head out, but like the angel here's saying: we'll be working with them. I, along with some of theirs, were discussing plans with the handler. It's best we stick together to ensure more our safety. This animal's power can permanently damage us and I'd rather be around to assess any damages. After all, I am a superior."
Jokki took out a few items, handing them to Ribbon.
"You'll also need these. It's a fire-proof mantle and some cooling potions. They should negate the effects of the fire on our person, but not damage, entirely."
Hots wandered in the middle of the group of demons- and bird man- scanning them before nodding slightly. He was then accompanied by Spur, who had finished his own preparations.
"Alright, if meet and greets are done, we should get moving. Thankfully for us, this camp and the Romero and Carpen Town outpost aren't too far. If we keep up a pace, we can make it there in about half an hour on foot."
"Right," Jokki nodded, "Let's move before the Behemoth decides to go into town and burn everything there to a crisp."

"Good to know!" Gloves said, giving Goggles a right thumps up with a smile on his face.
Listening to Hot Pants, Gloves and Sapphire nodded to him and began their half and hour walk to their destination.

Dress Socks and G-Strings turn their heads at Archer Gloves as he approach towards the demons and greeting them with a bow. As such, they bow to him back. Listen, in the code of their family and the rurus of manners; "If anyone ever bows to you, you bow to them back."
When they're done bowing to Archer Gloves, they turn their attention towards Hot Pants as he speak towards the group. As they listen to Hot Pants location of the camp, Romero and Carpen Town outpost, and listen to Jokki's orders, they nodded to their higher-up and began walking to their destination within the group. Even though it's going to be a half and hour walk for them to their destination, it'll be a good exercise for them to work out their buns and thighs.

"As you say, Man of The Feathers!" Helmet said before letting himself fall on his back then got up to his feet, ready to move.
"Ya know, we all could just take a ride in Vest's truck and get there much faster." Flat Cap began as he approached the others, "It'll be a tight fit like this mantle here but i'm sure tha-" Before Flat Cap could finish, the sound of screeching tires filled the air as Vest's black truck, Panty Raid, zoomed off into the distance, leaving a trail of dust behind. "....Nevermind then."
