Mother's Day...?

Chemise's face hardened, clearly not at all that fond of the question posed. "I'm not on good terms with my mother. I haven't celebrated Mother's Day ever since I was very small, but over the years my father has tried to get me to at least send Camisole a card. Never have, though. I don't want to and I don't need to. Anyway, I usually just do something that will take my mind off the whole situation - something actually worth my time," she answered, her voice icy.
